At JASIS’CO International, we follow a clear, step-by-step process to turn plastic waste into valuable resources. Here’s how we do it:

Step-1. Collection of Waste Plastic

We collect plastic waste from homes, businesses, and industries. By partnering with waste management companies, we offer easy curbside pickups and drop-off centers. We're also working with local communities to find new ways to collect plastic more efficiently.

Step-2. Sorting by Types

After collection, we sort the plastic based on its type—such as PET, HDPE, and PVC. Our trained team ensures that each type of plastic is correctly identified and separated. This helps us use resources more efficiently and ensures only high-quality plastic moves on to the next stage.

Step-3. Shredding

The sorted plastic is then shredded into small pieces using energy-efficient machines. These pieces are made uniform in size, which helps us process them more effectively in the next steps.

Step-4. Washing and Rinse

We clean the shredded plastic thoroughly, using eco-friendly detergents to minimize environmental impact. We also make sure all water used in the process is treated before discharge. After washing, the plastic is dried either by machines or naturally in the sun.

Step-5. Final Product

The clean plastic is turned into small pellets through advanced technology. These pellets are then used to create new sustainable products, helping reduce the demand for new plastic and supporting a circular economy.
